About Kastro
The technology company behind dmz.
Kastro is an independent Icelandic software and security business operated by Andri Pétur Hafþórsson under his personal kennitala. Its focus is its own products, alongside defined technical consulting projects and website services under Kastro Vefir.
I work across systems administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity and software development. My background includes enterprise IT, air traffic management systems and technical leadership at RVX.
There, I revamped the company’s entire infrastructure and managed its move to a new office. I designed the new office from the ground up around TPN Gold requirements, then led the company through the process to achieve certification.
At Kastro, I handle product development and customer communication. Questions about products, services and security come directly to me.
